We started the Komrades food truck to create an experience that could enhance the relationship people have with food. To accomplish this we focus our efforts on first pick locally grown produce, and the dedication to tweaking the preparation of each item to create the best flavors we can imagine.

 

We work with root revival, (a company that sources local backyards to grow natural produce) for fresh seasonal veggies, we bake naan bread to order, and cook everything fresh. So when you bite into freshly baked fluffy naan that is stuffed with juicy chicken, and fresh veggies picked that same day the burst of flavor will make it hard to go back to your ham & cheese sub!
